Tyee Plaza presented an interesting challenge in that the site met the sign bylaw standards for multiple types of signs, but a well-meaning community planner sought to prevent any illuminated signage from being installed at the site. Through sustained effort over an extended period, including the creation of sophisticated 3D models to help all parties visualize the proposed solutions, Grant Signs was successful in convincing council to allow the work to proceed. The result was an expertly-designed and manufactured signage package, including channel letters, illuminated cabinets, and two very tasteful freestanding signs!
